    Material classification

    ● Nitrile rubber (NBR): Applicable to various media such as petroleum hydraulic oil and gasoline, not suitable for polar solvents, and the normal operating temperature range is - 40℃~120℃.

    ● Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR): It has good corrosion resistance, tear resistance and other characteristics, good ozone resistance, sunlight resistance, and oil resistance, but not suitable for solvents such as alcohols and esters, and the operating temperature range is - 40℃~150℃.

    ● Silicone rubber (VMQ): It has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and other properties, good insulation, but poor tensile strength and is not oil-resistant. It is suitable for household appliances and products that come in indirect contact with human skin. The operating temperature range is -55℃~250℃.

    ● Fluorine rubber (FKM): It has better high temperature resistance than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, poor cold resistance, and can be used for sealing diesel engines, etc. It is not suitable for solvents such as ketones, and the operating temperature range is -20℃~220℃.

    ● Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM): It has good weather resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance, is suitable for alcohols and ketones, and can also be used for sealing in high-temperature water vapor environments. It is not suitable for food use or exposure to mineral oil, and the operating temperature range is -55℃~150℃.
